Cancellation by the customer
If you decide to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply to the total trip price:

| Entre 10 y 15 días | 25% del precio del viaje |
| Entre 5 y 9 días | 50% del precio del viaje |
| Entre 2 y 4 días | 75% del precio del viaje |
| Fewer than 48 hours or no-show | 100% del precio del viaje |
How to cancel
To cancel your booking you must notify us in writing at info@marhabamorocco.com, stating your name, booking number and trip date. The cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your notification.
Cancellation due to force majeure
If the cancellation results from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (force majeure) at the destination which significantly affect the performance of the trip, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid without penalty, in accordance with article 160 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Cancellation by Marhaba Morocco
If Marhaba Morocco cancels the trip for reasons other than force majeure, you will be entitled to an alternative trip of equivalent or higher quality, or to a full refund of all amounts paid within a maximum of 14 days.
Cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover to protect you against unforeseen events such as illness, accident or other personal circumstances. Ask us about the options available.
